About Us

SaveSandySpring.org is an informational site run by volunteer advocates for some of the most vulnerable people in our society - people at risk of wrongly losing their greatest tangible asset - their family property.

SaveSandySpring.org is not affiliated in any way with any government agency. This site is intended to help victims receive equal treatment under the law and obtain justice in the event they are mistreated.

Our goal is to provide information to help spare victims from the same problems that others have encountered. It has taken thousands of hours to compile this information.

At this time all of our efforts remain volunteer.

What We Do
We advocate on behalf of victims by working with legislators, government officials and others.

We educate the public, public officials, the media and others interested in helping people who have unjustly lost their property rights.

We collect information regarding abuses and wrongdoing carried out by persons and entities engaged in land planning, engineering and surveying. We bring such practices to the attention of the proper authorities, officials and legislators in an effort to halt the abuse.

What We Have Found
A close relationship exists between the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (the "Commission") and abuses inflicted upon some of the most vulnerable families within the Commission's jurisdiction. Some believe this relationship permits unfair land development activities to continue largely unchecked.

How We Found It
By analyzing public records, receiving verifiable information from government and industry whistleblowers and tips from the public.

Who We Are
We are concerned citizens who have witnessed abuses carried out by the Commission and their affiliates. We have diverse talents in multiple disiplines, including public affairs, government affairs, fraud detection and pattern recognition.
